  1. Meditating and/or exercising daily is a powerful way to manage time Jessica. Indirectly, as you raise your vibe through observing thoughts or exercising you become more aware. Being more aware allows one to use time effectively.

    People often speak of wasting time or being sucked into some time-wasting activity. Both are a mere lack of awareness for one new to mind training. Becoming more aware through mind training reveals how we consciously choose to waste time or to appear to be sucked in to some low energy activity.

    1. Thank you for your comment Ryan…it is greatly appreciated! Unfortunately, I know I waste time on menial tasks, like cleaning…a lot, and it will take time for me to retrain my brain, and even then I know it’s easy to fall back into bad habits. I am very aware of this and have been for a while, I just have better days than others. It’s a work in progress and I’m sure there’s plenty of others out there with the same problems as myself!
